Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role involved ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create appealing product displays that are safe, easy to access, and aligned with in-store strategies.

Interaction with customers occurs when opportunities arise, including answering questions and assisting with merchandise. Weekly tasks include merchandising resets, price labeling, and updating wayfinding.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are well placed.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
