Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring displays, pricing, and signage are accurate for easy shopper access.

Most work is in-store with limited customer interaction; you may engage customers when opportunities arise, answer questions, and assist with product or warranty info while supporting store displays and planograms.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Experience using web-based programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Can lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs, provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information; maintain digital signage.
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
