Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising with Store Operations. You will help create eye-catching displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand products inside Lowe's stores.

You'll manage signage, pricing accuracy, and product displays while engaging with customers when needed. This role supports growth, offers benefits beyond pay, and emphasizes teamwork within the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
