Job summary

Capriotti’s Cranberry is hiring dependable team members for our weekday lunch shift. This is a consistent daytime position with no late nights or closing shifts.

We offer a 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday, with three to five consistent weekdays and 15–25 guaranteed hours per week. Compensation includes $16.50 per hour plus tips, paid training, and generous perks.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required; we will train dependable, friendly, eager to learn.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced lunch environment with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and catering orders.
• Make sandwiches according to Capriotti’s standards.
• Assist guests at the register.
• Stock and organize the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Help the team through the lunch rush.
