Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is seeking team members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will help ensure high-quality service, maintain clean facilities, and assist in daily operations with a smile. This role supports teamwork, flexibility, and reliable performance across shifts.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, comfortable in a dynamic setting, and ready to learn. Training is provided; eligibility for flexible schedules applies, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills requested.
• Able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively to keep team informed.
• Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties and fairly assign tasks to prepare the team for guests.
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments.
• Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines.
• Follow Capriotti’s procedures and cash handling, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Assist with labor management costs.
• Act with integrity and promote Capriotti’s values and culture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in shop operations to assist during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and dining areas.
• Work as a team to prepare for each shift.
• Manage time effectively while meeting responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests.

You are the face of the company and will provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties and fairly assign specific tasks to ensure Team Members are prepared for our guests.
• Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments.
• Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines.
• Follows all Capriotti’s procedures and operational policies, cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all Team Members and guests during each shift.
• Assist with labor management costs.
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Capriotti’s values and culture.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in all areas of shop operations to assist where needed during assigned shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop and ensure proper setup and breakdown of all areas, including the dining room, restrooms, cold stations, grill, and prep areas.
• Work as a team to prepare for each shift.
• Ability to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities.
• Maintains a positive work environment for Team Members and guests during each shift.
