Comprehensive Mobile Care in Detroit, MI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care and dermatologic services within outpatient PACE clinics serving seniors. You will manage wound plans, perform procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a structured setting.

Ideal candidates have wound care, geriatrics, or dermatology experience and can travel between clinic sites. Daytime, weekday hours with no overnight calls are offered in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in wound care, geriatrics, dermatology, post-acute care, or senior-focused healthcare preferred.
• Comfortable working independently within clinic-based environments.
• Strong bedside manner and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel between clinic sites.
• Wound care certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive wound and skin assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized wound treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing wound care management and follow-up care.
• Perform procedures within scope of practice including: debridement; compression wrapping; wound dressing applications; Wound VAC.
• Dermatologic and skin integrity evaluations.
• Identify and manage common skin conditions and chronic wound concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate caregivers and staff on wound prevention and treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Travel locally between clinic locations within the Detroit market as needed.
