Comprehensive Mobile Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Detroit team. This full-time, clinic-based role focuses on wound care and dermatologic services for senior patients within a structured PACE clinic environment.

Offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and a competitive compensation of $650/day, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care without the administrative burdens typical of home health settings. Autonomy and meaningful patient relationships are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Experience in wound care, geriatrics, or dermatology is preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel between clinic sites is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound and skin assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized wound treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing wound care management and follow-up care.
• Educate caregivers and staff on wound prevention and treatment strategies.
