• Experience in customer service and clienteling to build relationships.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting Anthropologie Weddings values.
• Offer expert styling advice and provide an individualized shopping experience.
• Upsell, manage appointments, and share product knowledge for client delight.
• Partner with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies and reach goals.
• Maintain a visually appealing store and support brand initiatives.
