Qualifications

• Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan.
• Experience in customer service and clienteling.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and enhances customer experience.
• Develops authentic customer connections, provides styling advice and product recommendations.
• Utilizes technology to facilitate client experience and transactions; supports education and brand focuses.
• Inspires and mentors the team to drive service and selling strategies.
• Maintains a visually compelling store, adhering to safety standards and store policies.
• Fosters relationships with clients through outreach, events, and follow-up.
