URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Phoenix seeks an Anthropologie Weddings Stylist to elevate the customer experience through styling expertise, clienteling, and personalized service. This full-time role supports leadership in driving sales and building lasting client connections.

Located at 2502 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016, the position requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will partner with leadership to mentor staff and maintain a compelling store appearance

Qualifications

Brand familiarity with Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings.
Experience in customer service and clienteling.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experience as a brand representative and guide clients through styling and product recommendations.
Utilize technology to upsell and facilitate in-store transactions; support clienteling and education.
Lead and mentor team, participate in meetings and store initiatives.
Maintain a visually appealing store and help achieve weekly objectives.
Foster client relationships through outreach and events.
