You will answer inquiries to help couples plan their weddings, match products and services, and coordinate timelines, while maintaining multiple clients and ensuring personalized experiences. The role includes achieving sales quotas and earning commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, e-mails, chats to assist couples in making wedding plans.
• Communicating with couples to determine desires and matching products and services for their day.
• Organizing timelines and plans and communicating detailed instructions for the wedding day.
• Maintaining multiple customers at once.
• Ensuring each couple has an experience perfect for them.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota.
