Chapel of the Flowers, on the Las Vegas Strip, is seeking a full-time Wedding Planner with a sales background and a professional, organized, detail-oriented approach. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

You will answer inquiries to help couples plan their weddings, match products and services, and coordinate timelines, while maintaining multiple clients and ensuring personalized experiences. The role includes achieving sales quotas and earning commissions and bonuses.

Chapel of the Flowers, on the Las Vegas Strip, is seeking a full time Wedding Planner. We are looking for candidates that are professional, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, with a background in sales. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, e-mails, chats to assist couples in making wedding plans
• Communicating with couples to determine their desires and matching them with the appropriate products and services to make their day perfect
• Organizing timelines and plans and communicating in writing all detailed instructions and desires for the couple's wedding day
• Maintaining multiple customers at once
• Ensuring that each couple has an experience perfect for them
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota

Skill/ Personality Requirements Include:

Previous wedding experience is helpful but not required; if you possess these skills/personality traits, succeeding in this position will not be a problem for you. We will train on all aspects of the job.

For those who do well in sales we have a highly motivating commission structure with an opportunity to make great money. We pay an hourly rate, plus commissions and bonuses - this averages out to $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your sales success. We also offer a benefits package.

A TAM or AAT card is required for this position and it will be your responsibility to obtain this card and maintain it as an active card.
