Job summary

The Wedding Company is seeking a skilled Lead Qualification Consultant to join our remote team. You will engage with incoming leads, understand their wedding requirements, and qualify them to ensure high-quality leads are handed over to the scheduling/sales team.

This is a high-volume, target-driven role requiring strong communication, CRM discipline, and the ability to manage a large pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Lead Qualification or related sales roles.
• Strong English and Hindi communication.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with one off rotation.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound leads.
• Experience with CRM discipline and lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects.
• Make 400-500 calls/day and manage leads.
• Understand client requirements and collect wedding details.
• Build rapport through conversational selling.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with experts.
• Follow up via calls and WhatsApp with proposals.
• Maintain CRM lead updates and track metrics.
