Qualifications

• At least 1 year of wedding/event planning, hospitality, or luxury service experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good design sense with attention to color, composition and details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wedding and event clients from planning to execution.
• Develop timelines, floor plans, design concepts, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and staff; manage contracts and logistics.
