Stunning & Brilliant Events | Savannah + Hilton Head is seeking dependable, energetic Weekend Assistants to join our event team. This paid, part-time role is perfect for those who love weddings and events and enjoy behind-the-scenes coordination.

Weekend availability is required; in-person work and travel to Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton, and nearby areas are expected. No wedding planning experience is required, as we provide training and a supportive team environment.

Stunning & Brilliant Events | Savannah + Hilton Head is looking for dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Weekend Assistantsto join our event team!

This is apaid, part-time positionperfect for someone who loves weddings, events, hospitality, and being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that brings an event together.

Weekend Assistants may help with:

• Wedding and event setup
• Assisting our Lead Planner throughout the event
• Working alongside vendors and venue teams
• Ceremony and reception transitions
• Keeping event details organized and on schedule
• End-of-evening breakdown and cleanup

We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, friendly, able to take direction, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No wedding planning experience is required, we’re happy to train the right person!

Weekend availability is required, although you do not need to be available every weekend. Hours vary depending on our event schedule. This is an in person position. Applicant must live in or be able to travel to Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton, and surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation.
