Experience in Install, configure, maintain and support instances of WebSphere Application Server on Windows and zLinux platforms.

Experience with the implementation of, and execution of, system monitoring tools and scripts.

Experience in configuring system level security as required by the applications.

Establish, maintain, and monitor connectivity with directory services as well as web, application and database servers.

Maintain documentation for system support; mentor other administrators.

Manage small to medium sized server projects, coordinating resources and gathering needed deliverables from other teams.
