Job summary

Youtech, a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a Website Project Manager to lead development and launch of client websites. You’ll manage WordPress, Webflow and other CMS projects, coordinating with clients, developers and designers to deliver high-impact sites on time and within budget.

Based in our Scottsdale area office, this full-time role emphasizes UX, accessibility, and SEO, with a collaborative, fast-paced environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, CS, Marketing or related field.
  • 2–3 years managing multiple website projects.
  • 2–3 years WordPress experience, including themes/plugins customization.
  • Excellent PM skills: prioritization, multitasking, communication.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and ADA accessibility guidelines.
  • Experience with Teamwork, Asana, Monday or similar PM tools.
  • Strong UX fundamentals and user-centered design.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Gather requirements, define scope and timelines, and provide regular project updates with clients and teams.

  • Address and resolve technical issues in WordPress, Shopify and other CMS/eCommerce platforms.

  • Manage website maintenance, updates, security patches and content revisions.

About the Job

Youtech is seeking a talented Website Project Manager to lead and drive the development and launch of innovative websites for our diverse clientele. As a key player on our team, you’will harness your expertise in WordPress, Webflow and other CMS platforms to manage and deliver high-impact projects. This full-time role is based in our office, with work hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple website projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and designers to gather project requirements, define project scope and timelines, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to deliver integrated projects that meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve high-quality results.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to WordPress, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms, working closely with developers and designers to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to best practices for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Manage website maintenance and updates, including security updates, bug fixes, and content revisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing).
  • 2-3 years managing multiple website projects, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing complex web development initiatives.
  • 2-3 years of experience with WordPress, including familiarity with customizing themes and plugins, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines (ADA).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both with clients and within team environments.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines and managing fast-paced project requirements.
