W.A. Smith Financial Group seeks a Website & Digital Performance Specialist to own and improve our site within Webflow, enhance user experience and conversion paths, and lead SEO and paid search performance.

Qualifications

Hands-on Webflow ownership of a live site and native inside-Webflow work.
Experience with UX, conversion optimization, and landing-page design.
Strong SEO skills including on-page, technical SEO, and site performance.
Proficient in analytics, tracking, attribution, and CRM handoffs.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management, development, and technical health of WASmithFinancial.com.
Continuously improve layouts, navigation, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths using data and testing.
Own on-page SEO, technical SEO, site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and local SEO.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns with tracking and CPL goals.
Maintain GA4, GTM, and Search Console while ensuring leads flow into Salesforce/Account Engagement.
Support website rebuilds and compliance reviews in a financial-services context.
