Job summary

Dime Industries is seeking a Website, SEO, and Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our online presence. You’ll oversee our website, online store, and digital campaigns, ensuring accurate content, smooth e-commerce operations, and consistent branding across channels.

You’ll apply SEO, analytics, and CRO best practices, manage ads on Google and Meta, and create light marketing graphics with Illustrator.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Website management and e-commerce experience.
  • Strong SEO, keyword research and analytics skills.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (GA, Search Console).
  • Adobe Illustrator proficiency for marketing graphics.
  • 3+ years in website management or digital marketing (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain website back end, content accuracy and security.
  • Upload, organize, and update products, pricing, inventory, and collections.
  • Optimize content/structure using SEO best practices for rankings.
  • Monitor performance and SEO metrics; implement improvements.
  • Manage digital ads across Google Ads and Meta; report performance.
  • Create/edit simple marketing graphics with Illustrator.
  • Coordinate updates, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent branding across digital channels and emails.

Job description

We’re hiring a Website, SEO, and Digital Marketing Manager who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of our digital presence. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our website, online store, and digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining the website's back end, managing merchandise and e-commerce operations, optimizing our online presence for search engines, coordinating digital advertising campaigns, and creating light marketing graphics.

What you’ll own

  • Manage and maintain the back end of our website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, secure, and functioning properly.
  • Upload, organize, and update products, pricing, inventory, and merchandise collections.
  • Optimize website content and structure using SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO, including metadata, page titles, image optimization, internal linking, and content recommendations.
  • Monitor website performance, analytics, and SEO metrics, making recommendations to improve visibility and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate updates as needed.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Create and edit simple marketing graphics, web banners, email graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Coordinate website updates, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across all digital channels.
  • Assist with email marketing and other digital initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

  • Apply Adobe Illustrator proficiency to create compelling marketing graphics.
  • Combine organizational skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Leverage 3+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or e-commerce (Preferred).
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and basic HTML/CSS (Preferred).
  • Apply a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices (Preferred).
