Job summary

STN is seeking a seasoned Webflow contractor to translate HTML/CSS/JS into robust, responsive Webflow builds. You will own the Webflow architecture, manage CMS content, and integrate custom code where needed, ensuring performance and accessibility.

Independent contractor role, 1099, based in the United States with DOE compensation between $85.00 and $130.00 per hour. Background check and eligibility to work in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Webflow experience (3+ years or equivalent).
• Fluent in translating HTML/CSS/JS into Webflow components and classes.
• Experience with Webflow CMS, interactions/animations, and responsive design.
• Independent contractor readiness: async communication, clear estimates, reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate HTML/CSS/JS files into well-structured Webflow builds preserving layout, responsiveness, and interactions.
• Own the Webflow architecture: clean class system, reusable components, and a consistent style guide.
• Set up and manage CMS collections and dynamic content where pages require.
• Use custom code embeds and integrations where Webflow native tools fall short.
• QA builds across breakpoints and browsers with focus on load, SEO, and accessibility.
• Contribute to refining the AI-to-Webflow workflow to speed up the pipeline.
