Position: Lead Java Web Developer

Location: Raritan, NJ

The Web Lead will be a key contributor to the Web & Mobile Services team, responsible for global web development on WebSphere and Hybris platforms. The role involves hands-on design, development of application components, and supporting internal and external portals. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, designing, developing, and testing anonymous (public facing), B2B, and B2C portals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum 7+ years of IT experience in technical and e-commerce development roles
• Leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong understanding of the ecommerce domain
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation on Hybris platform
• Knowledge of core Hybris modules and out-of-the-box functionality
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and J2EE technologies
• Knowledge of web services, XML, punchout
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience integrating Hybris with non-SAP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM is a plus
