Are you passionate about project success and fostering a culture of learning and innovation? Webber, a leader in construction and infrastructure, seeks a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

Project Management personnel are responsible for the safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes of water/wastewater construction projects from initial budget to closeout.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding client needs.
  • Utilize software to process, distribute, and track project documentation.
  • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts, develop subcontracts.
  • Plan and schedule projects.
  • Manage ongoing jobs, coordinate subcontractors, resolve conflicts, ensure quality and safety.
  • Control project costs, forecast, analyze costs, exposures, and profits.
  • Perform project closeout.
  • Manage projects valued between $20-$50 million.
  • Provide leadership, build relationships, motivate teams, and foster teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Train and mentor less experienced personnel.
  • Possess significant field experience in water/wastewater construction, with strong knowledge of construction practices, personnel management, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Prioritize safety in all work activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of water/wastewater construction management experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license for travel.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including algebra, geometry, and construction math.
