Job Description:
  • Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: Develop and deliver Health, Safety & Wellbeing guidelines and protocols to ensure Ferrovial compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advice: Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolve routine queries, escalate complex issues to senior management.
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing Planning: Support the development and execution of the annual HSW plan, coordinate with teams, and address implementation issues.
  • Health and Safety Audit Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and inspections, ensure corrective actions, and monitor adherence to policies.
  • Training & Development: Support the creation and delivery of HSW training programs, monitor outcomes, and coordinate staff training.
  • Budgeting: Manage budgets for HSW projects, monitor expenditures, and report financial status to management.
  • Insights and Reporting: Develop reports on HSW activities, analyze data for trends and improvements.
  • Operational Compliance: Maintain knowledge of policies, regulations, and ensure compliance in work activities.
  • Capability Building: Engage in professional development, obtain relevant certifications, and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Relationship Management: Manage internal client relationships, provide professional support aligned with business strategies.
  • Leadership and Direction: Communicate and develop local action plans aligned with Ferrovial’s mission, motivate teams to achieve objectives.
