Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, invites you to join as a Project Administrator at our Houston area site. You will support the project team with on-site administrative tasks, document creation, and package handling while maintaining a highly organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and 1–3 months of related experience, plus solid English communication and basic MS Office skills. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 months related experience/training preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • On-site administrative support for the project team.
  • Create documents and spreadsheets using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Distribute and receive bi-weekly overnight packages from the regional office.
  • Assist with new hire processing at the job site.
  • Answer job trailer phone, route calls, and take messages.
  • Enter production figures into the database.
  • Maintain organized work areas and manage multiple projects.
