Are you looking to start your career at a fast-growing company? Webber, a leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Project Administrator to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

The Project Administrator is responsible for on-site administrative tasks to support the project team.

What You Will Do:
  • Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries, and develop spreadsheets.
  • Distribute and receive bi-weekly overnight packages from the regional office.
  • Order safety supplies and office supplies.
  • Assist with new hire processing at the job site.
  • Answer job trailer phones, route calls, respond to inquiries, take messages, and contact others as needed.
  • Enter production figures into the database.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks.
  • Maintain work areas including meeting rooms and break rooms.
  • Keep an organized work environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents.
Who You Are: A Profile of Success
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three months of related experience or training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Moderate to high computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret graphs.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
