Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a dynamic Position Title to join our crane operations team. You will oversee crane fleet management, coordinate assembly and disassembly, and forecast crane needs for active projects.

The role requires certified crane operation or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will perform site inspections and liaise with field teams to ensure safe, efficient lifts.

Qualifications

• Certified Crane Operator or five years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license is required; motor vehicle report check.
• Effective organization and communication skills; strong people skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365.
• Move through a construction site including climbing ladders, inclines; lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors with changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain crane schedule and produce weekly crane report.
• Coordinate all moves, assembly and disassembly.
• Assist with crane requests and identify proper size and tonnage.
• Visually inspect cranes for proper maintenance.
• Perform jobsite inspections.
• Liaison with Field operations.
• Record keeping, service repairs and inspections.
• Review lift plans as needed.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Your Role:Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

Oversee Crane Fleet, coordinate crane assembly and disassembly, assist in scheduling and forecasting crane needs for operations, Assist with repairs, inspections, maintain all crane records and Annual inspections. Liaison with operations for crane needs, planning and forecasting

What You Will Do:

• Record Keeping Service repairs and inspections


• Review lift plans as needed and requested

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

• Certified Crane Operator or five years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Valid driver's license is required. The position requires successful completion of a motor vehicle report check.

• Move throughout a construction jobsite which includes minor obstacles including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
