Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead concrete form work on site. You will interpret plans, align and install forms for concrete structures, and supervise crew activities in a demanding outdoor construction environment.

Responsibilities include checking forms during pouring, directing stripping, and coordinating with teams to ensure safety and quality. Physical stamina and tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Education: less than High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred.

  • Works from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures.
  • Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
  • Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
  • May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
  • May install precast concrete elements.
  • Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
  • May install permanent metal deck forms.
  • May work with power tools.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or Human Resources

Education:

Language Skills:
