Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial subsidiary based in Houston, seeks a Foreman to supervise concrete formwork construction from plans through placement.

You will direct crews, ensure safety, inspect forms, and coordinate with cement work and precast elements on heavy civil projects in the region. This role offers hands-on leadership and opportunities to contribute to Ferrovial's global infrastructure network.

Job Description: Works from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures.

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Checks forms while concrete is being placed.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is placed.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• May work with power tools.
• Whatever enhances the operations of the company
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education : less than High School Diploma.

Language Skills

Experience : Minimum 0-3 years of related construction experience preferred.

Physical Activity Level : Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
