24 Seven Talent is seeking a Web3 Graphic Designer & Content Creator for a fast-growing fintech. The role focuses on crypto-native content across X, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, collaborating with marketing to turn concepts into daily posts.

You'll design social-first visuals, memes, carousels, short-form video, and paid ads, while staying on-brand and keeping up with crypto trends. A strong portfolio in Web3 and fintech branding is required.

Formación

• Strong graphic design portfolio featuring social-first content, not only traditional corporate materials.
• Experience creating content for Web3, crypto, fintech, or technology brands
• Solid understanding of crypto/Web3 culture and terminology

Responsabilidades

• Design daily social media graphics and creative content across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Turn marketing concepts and trending topics into engaging, Web3-native visual content
• Create memes, infographics, carousels, promotional graphics, product visuals, and campaign creatives
• Produce short-form video, motion graphics, and simple animations
• Develop paid advertising creatives for Meta, Google, X, TikTok, and other platforms
• Repurpose a single concept into multiple formats tailored to each platform
• Contribute creative concepts for product launches, partnerships, rewards programs, and promotional campaigns
• Stay current on crypto/Web3 trends, memes, narratives, and emerging social formats
• Turn around content and revisions quickly in collaboration with the marketing team
• Maintain a consistent brand identity while continually testing new creative directions

A fast-growing fintech company building crypto payment solutions is looking for a creative, fast-moving Web3 Graphic Designer & Content Creator who understands crypto culture, social media, and how to turn ideas into content that gets attention.

This isn’t a traditional corporate design role. The ideal candidate speaks the visual language of Web3 and can create content that feels native to platforms like X, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll produce daily content around payments, crypto, rewards, real-world crypto utility, product launches, partnerships, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design portfolio featuring social-first content, not only traditional corporate materials
• Experience creating content for Web3, crypto, fintech, or technology brands
• Solid understanding of crypto/Web3 culture and terminology
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
• Experience with short-form video editing and/or motion graphics
• Understanding of how content performs differently across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
• Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a strong visual concept
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple pieces of content at once
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Preferred Experience

• Crypto payments, DeFi, stablecoins, tokens, or digital wallets
