We are looking for a skilledWeb3 Developerwith expertise inblockchain development, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contract engineering. You will be responsible for designing and implementing ahybrid Web3 architecturethat integrateson-chain smart contractswithoff-chain middlewarefor a decentralized logistics and marketplace system.

This project leverages cutting-edge technologies such asEthereum, Polygon, IPFS, Chainlink, and decentralized identity solutions, requiring experience insmart contract development, blockchain indexing, and Web3 integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Developsmart contractsonEthereum / Polygon / Optimism, ensuringsecurity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implementdecentralized identity (DID) and verifiable credentialsusing tools likeSpruce ID or Ceramic.
• Design and integrateoracles and cross-chain bridgesfor real-world data synchronization (Chainlink, The Graph).
• Develop and maintainWeb3 APIs (GraphQL, The Graph, REST)to enable seamless blockchain interaction.
• Work withIPFS / Arweavefor decentralized storage solutions.
• Optimizegas fees and Layer2 rollup transactionsfor efficient blockchain interactions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate Web3 functionalities into aReact/Vue.js UI.
• Implementdecentralized governance mechanisms (Snapshot, Aragon)for community participation.
• Ensuresmart contract audits, formal verification, and security best practices.
• IntegrateWalletConnect, MetaMask, and other Web3 authentication toolsfor seamless user access.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ yearsexperience inWeb3, blockchain, and smart contract development.
• Proficiency inSolidity, Hardhat, Foundry, and smart contract security.
• Experience withEthereum, Polygon, Optimism, or other EVM-compatible chains.
• Familiarity withdecentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave) and indexing (The Graph).
• Strong understanding oforacles (Chainlink), blockchain bridges, and interoperability.
• Ability to optimize smart contracts forlow gas fees and high performance.
• Experience withGraphQL APIs, Node.js, and Web3.js / ethers.js.
