We’re inviting driven professionals to join a hands-on, global network of investors shaping the future of Web3 and AI.

Iron Key Capital is expanding its decentralized collective of Venture Partners: founders, operators, and investors ready to contribute, learn, and grow alongside top-tier early-stage startups.

Who We Are

Iron Key Capital is a crypto-native investment group with:

• 200+ Limited Partners worldwide
• 7 figures deployed annually into pre-seed and seed-stage Web3 and AI startups
• A focus on DePIN, Layer 2s, token economies, and AI infrastructure

What This Offers

This is not a traditional job, it’s a direct path into venture investing.

As a Venture Partner, you’ll:

• Source and evaluate early-stage deals
• Support founders with capital and insight
• Join our global investor network and Investment Committee

You’ll also complete our 12-week Accelerator, with practical experience in:

• Venture operations and deal flow
• Term sheets, carry, and founder relations
• Syndicate structuring and cap tables

Who We're Looking For
