Qualifications

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Webflow with CMS, interactions, animations, and custom code.
• Strong wireframing/prototyping skills in Figma, XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development practices.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, branding, or SEO experience.
