Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

In Growth Product Experiences, we create amazing user experiences, blending our role as a top streaming service with exciting engineering challenges. You'll play a pivotal role in building smooth account creation, login, and access experiences across Netflix products. You'll develop security experiences like Multi-factor and innovative methods to boost security and reduce fraud. Using server-driven and Web UI technologies, you'll create modular experiences that minimize client-side logic. Your work will enhance flexibility, increase experimentation speed, improve user experience, and directly contribute to our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.
  • Focus on product, business, and partner needs for high-quality experiences.

  • Skilled in creating scalable and reusable server-side components, with an understanding of security best practices in web and server-side development.
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping software using JavaScript, or TypeScript, and using unit tests and other automation to validate quality.
  • Familiar with GraphQL, server-driven UI techniques, and RESTful APIs for backend connectivity.
  • Bonus if you have experience in mobile development, with knowledge in Swift on iOS or Kotlin on Android.
