Position Overview:

The Web & UI Designer will focus on designing high-quality, visually engaging digital interfaces across JNF‑USA's website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns. This role emphasizes visual design, layout execution, and front-end collaboration, working closely wit internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

This is primarily a hands‑on design role, with a focus on execution and refinement rather than UX strategy. The Web & UI Designer will collaborate closely with team members responsible for user experience and content structure.

Reports to: Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:
UI & Web Design
  • Design clean, modern, responsive web pages and components in Figma.
  • Produce high‑fidelity mockups and layouts for landing pages, campaigns, and site updates.
  • Maintain and expand a consistent design system and UI component library.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices to visual design.
Front‑End Collaboration
  • Design layouts that align with modern front‑end capabilities and constraints.
  • Prepare design assets, specifications, and layouts for implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure high‑quality execution of design work.
  • Support updates and refinements to existing pages and templates.
Content & Marketing Support
  • Work with the Web Content Manager and Creative Director to bring campaigns to life visually.
  • Translate marketing goals and messaging into effective page layouts and visuals.
  • Support design needs for digital campaigns, landing pages, and email experiences.
  • Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with UX‑focused team members to implement user flows into final designs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3–5+ years of UI, web, or digital design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, responsive design).
  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of modern front‑end design constraints (HTML/CSS awareness).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating web and UI design work is required.

Detail‑oriented and execution‑focused.

  • Collaborative and responsive to feedback.
  • Comfortable working within established UX frameworks and applying them visually.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns with digital design.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG basics).
  • Experience working with developers and content teams.
Compensation:

$70,000-$90,000

Pay Type:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
