Job summary

Aditi Consulting in Chicago/Built for the U.S. market is seeking a Measurement Operations specialist focused on ensuring campaigns are measurable and reporting is reliable.

You will work closely with Analytics, media activation teams, and agencies to strengthen measurement foundations and drive data-driven decision-making across paid media channels. Responsibilities include tagging, governance, API data flows, and dashboard improvements.

Working closely with Analytics, media activation teams, digital operations, creative partners, and agencies, the individual in this role will help strengthen measurement foundations and improve decision-making across the media function.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in paid media operations, ad operations, performance marketing infrastructure, campaign trafficking, or a related digital marketing discipline.
  • Experience supporting tracking governance, measurement quality assurance, and technical campaign setup across multiple paid media channels.
  • Experience partnering with Analytics or data teams to enhance dashboards, reporting structures, and measurement outcomes.
  • Experience using enterprise business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry media tools, including Skai and major channel platforms used to manage, measure, or troubleshoot paid media activities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including channel managers, strategists, analysts, creative partners, digital operations teams, and external agencies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive measurement issues.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of landing page tagging, pixel implementation, URL tracking structures, taxonomy management, event configuration, and campaign measurement best practices.
  • Knowledge of measurement governance, tracking methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong dashboard and data literacy with the ability to validate reporting outputs, identify issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data flows between media platforms, analytics environments, reporting tools, and internal systems.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve tracking, setup, and data quality issues proactively.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document workflows, operational requirements, issues, and recommendations clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and operational discipline.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Query book, or other tools used for querying, structuring, validating, or troubleshooting marketing performance data.
  • Experience building or maintaining business intelligence dashboards, reporting views, or reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and cross-platform attribution solutions.
  • Familiarity with programmatic and display advertising operations, including audience setup, trafficking, delivery monitoring, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Experience working within lean, in-house team environments that require strong cross-functional collaboration and process discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, simplify workflows, and create scalable operational solutions.
Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $43.03/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
