Job summary

Belmark is hiring a Web-to-Print Press Operator to operate our HP Indigo press technology in production. You will ensure top-quality output in a fast-paced environment and stay at the forefront of printing tech.

Shifts: 1st shift 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Mon–Fri. Pay: $21–$23 per hour, with potential shift differentials. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required if offered the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must read, comprehend, and follow written and oral instructions.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Comply with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
• Perform tasks using required PPE and safety procedures.
• Web the press, clean the press, and perform routine press maintenance.
• Complete the necessary paperwork and utilize HP DFE Software correctly.
• Keep work area and machine organized and clean; meet 48 hour turn around objective.
• May cross-train in other Web-to-Print areas and may operate In Line Die Cutting Equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Schedule:

• 1st shift hours are from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Pay:

• $21- $23per Hour.The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.

What will I do in this role?

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
• Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Ability to give, receive and analyze information.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. May be required to work some overtime and on other shifts.
