The State of Missouri is seeking a Web Development Supervisor to lead a team of eight developers in managing and delivering web projects, including WordPress and Drupal sites. This role focuses on policy development, security, and accessibility in a fast-paced government IT environment.
The position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division, and requires collaboration with multiple ITSD teams.
The Web Development Supervisor leads a team of 8 web developers who manage current and new web site projects, including WordPress and Drupal sites.
The team works in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for the management of both static and content management style sites. This team works closely with agency staff to ensure the citizens of the state have access to online services on both agency and enterprise levels.
The Web Development Supervisor is responsible for developing policies and standards for the web team members, managing risks, as well as quality checks to ensure security measures are followed. Additionally, the Web Development Team Supervisor works cohesively with other ITSD teams including the Office of Cyber Security, Database, Citizen Portal, Application Development, and State Data Center functional teams.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
