Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Web/SharePoint Developer (MIELS) to support a Stafford, VA client. Manage multiple sites and develop web solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into working systems.

Applicants should have a BS in a technical field, 3+ years of website administration, deep SharePoint and web tech skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, jQuery), and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years in website administration.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with JSOM and REST API; understanding of SharePoint architecture.
• Experience with custom web part development and WSP.
• DOD 8570 IAT I clearance.

WEB/SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER (MIELS):

Bowhead is seeking Web/SharePoint Developers to support a customer in Stafford, VA. Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.

• Manage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division. Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.
• Design and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Perform system integrations and implement workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in website administration or a related field.
• DOD 8570 requirements for IAT I
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with JSOM and REST API.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.
• Experience with custom web part development and custom solutions such as WSP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Preferred: Familiarity with Office 365 suite and integration.
• Preferred: Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Preferred: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Physical Demands:

The pay scale for this position is between $140,000 - $170,000.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
