Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in New Jersey is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to join the Protect Pillar and strengthen our web-based security program. You will protect the firm from web threats, design secure web gateways, and implement SIEM/SOAR integrations to enhance detection and response capabilities.

You will collaborate with incident response teams, translate regulatory requirements into technical controls, and help maintain zero-trust aligned policies across digital assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in information security and web-based security technologies, preferably within financial services.
• 5+ years of web proxy experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy regulations and associated risks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect the firm from web-based threats and exfiltration.
• Partner with incident response teams to detect and remediate web-originated threats.
• Design, maintain and optimize enterprise web filtering proxies and gateways.
• Architect, implement and support secure web gateway and cloud proxy platforms.
• Ensure zero trust alignment, scalability, and policy enforcement.
• Automate policy management, monitoring and response; integrate with SIEM/SOAR.
