The Web Product Specialist will work collaboratively with clients and provide technical solutions to clients on there eCommerce stores. The perfect candidate will be creative, experienced, and passionate about helping clients design, strategize, and implement eCommerce solutions.

The Web Product Specialist partners with client and internal teams to translate BWS-specific business needs into clear requirements, scalable product configurations, and successful launches.

Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and requirements. Elicit, document, and validate detailed BWS business requirements across brands, distributors, and retailers. Capture use cases, acceptance criteria, data needs, and compliance constraints. Own the source of truth for scope and changes.
  • Author project scope, user stories, process maps, and data flows that reflect BWS realities such as territories, state pricing, tax and excise, allocations, and unit of measure by case, pack, bottle, or keg.
  • Provide clear technical direction from definition through implementation for a proprietary BWS platform, including integrations, content models, and operational handoff.
  • Manage project timelines and dependencies. Deliver launches on time and to specification while proactively managing risk and stakeholder expectations.
  • Configure the platform for BWS needs. Support setup and testing.
  • Reduce technical rework through rigorous QA and UAT plans tailored to BWS scenarios such as state shipping rules, allocation logic, and price books by market.
  • Maintain working knowledge of common B2B procurement flows and relevant analytics. Use data to recommend optimizations for conversion, compliance pass rates, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver roadmaps for BWS that align with brand and distributor strategy, portfolio priorities, and market expansion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
