Job summary

CallRail in Atlanta is seeking a Web Producer to manage daily website updates, improve accessibility, performance, and site troubleshooting. You will own publishing using a CMS and collaborate across Marketing, Design, Product, and Engineering.

As a CMS expert, you’ll translate Figma designs into live pages, run A/B tests, implement pricing changes, and lead accessibility remediation efforts while monitoring analytics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Experience producing and publishing content using a CMS and QA processes.
Strong knowledge of accessibility WCAG standards and remediation.
Experience translating designs from Figma into web pages.
Experience with analytics and A/B testing in CMS environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update content using a CMS; be the primary contact for changes.
Perform regular content QA before/after publishing.
Partner with UX to translate Figma designs into new pages.
Collaborate with Engineering to set up A/B tests in the CMS.
Implement pricing and parameter changes within the CMS.
Handle minor coding and troubleshooting for page issues.
Lead web accessibility audits, compliance, and remediation.
Monitor page performance metrics and provide insights.
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Engineering.
Perform regular full website QA and maintenance.
