You will work directly with ownership, who are actively involved in the business, requiring clear communication and decisive ownership of operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with high-volume web presses.
• Experience with Sanden 1500 and/or Sunday web presses is strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of paper, ink, color, registration, tension, dryers, and press mechanics.
• Previous experience leading pressroom teams across multiple shifts.
• Quality-focused and maintenance-oriented approach to pressroom operations.
• Clear, direct communication style.
• Comfortable working closely with active company ownership.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.

A privately owned commercial printing company is seeking an experienced Pressroom Manager to lead daily press production in a high-volume environment. The Pressroom Manager will work directly with company ownership, whose members are actively involved in the business. Clear communication, sound decision-making, and full operational ownership are essential.
