Job summary

Walsworth in Fulton, MO is seeking a Web Press Operator II to join our team. In this role you will operate and maintain high-speed press equipment, contribute to training programs, and help manage supplies and spare parts to keep production running at a high standard.

You will work with Operator I's to lead maintenance tasks, verify production counts, and ensure safety procedures, PPE, and accurate documentation are followed.

Qualifications

• Two years of press operations experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE.
• Ability to lift 30–75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean and maintain press equipment, change paper rolls and complete production tasks.
• Inspect work and sample copies to meet quality standards.
• Verify production counts and document Autocount entries.
• Keep the press area clean, logs and logs up to date.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, ergonomics and chemical handling.
• Help run maintenance programs and train crew members.
• Ensure supplies and materials are on hand; report shortages or issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

In this role, you'll work alongside our Operator I's to keep the press running at a high standard. You'll help lead maintenance and training programs, manage supplies and spare parts, and help develop the next generation of press crew members.
