Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Heidelberg, Goss web press, Digital press, and Commercial web press machines, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in print production.
• Perform routine press maintenance, including cleaning and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.
• Monitor print runs to verify conformity with job specifications and make necessary adjustments for color, position, and overall print quality.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Continually seek ways to improve print quality and production efficiency, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in web press technology.

• 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• 5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• 6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• 7. A high school diploma or equivalent, with further training or certification in web press operation being a plus.
