Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience operating or assisting on commercial web offset printing presses.
• Understanding of color quality, registration, and print inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Pressman with press setup, make-readies, and production changeovers.
• Install printing plates, blankets, and rollers while preparing the press for production.
• Monitor ink density, registration, and print quality throughout production.
• Load paper rolls and coordinate with the Roll Tender to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain production records and assist with quality documentation.
