Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3‑6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the fast‑growing digital assets space. You will work on web and mobile applications, with AI-assisted development and collaboration with Product and Design to deliver features.

You'll gain dual exposure across Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), ship features used by millions, and receive close mentorship from senior engineers in a global, high‑growth

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in CS/SE/IT.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Experience with Android development (Kotlin/Java) and Android Studio.
• Familiar with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
• Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows and test cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain Web (React/TypeScript) and Android apps.
• Work with backend engineers to design scalable APIs.
• Contribute to reusable components and coding standards.
• Write clean, tested code with reviews and profiling.
• Debug complex issues and ensure high performance.
• Document design decisions and development processes.
