Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a hands-on Web Master to own and manage our entire digital presence, developing, maintaining and optimizing the website and related properties. You will work with marketing, recruiting, and leadership to ensure fast, functional and visually compelling experiences that align with HIPAA and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of web development or webmaster experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong SEO knowledge with proven results.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with hosting, domains, and SSL certificates.
• Ability to build landing pages for marketing and recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company website and digital properties.
• Ensure mobile-responsive, fast-loading pages and good UX.
• Implement and monitor website security and data protection.
• Perform regular website audits and updates.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements and build backlink strategy.
• Monitor SEO performance with analytics tools and adjust strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and CRM integrations.
