Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related experience required.
• Familiarity with web analytic reporting and tools used to assess page performance.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, New Media, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Web Marketing Producers with day-to-day production tasks.
• Authors and publishes daily content via content management system tools.
• Coordinates and manages site updates, including gathering assets, routing for review with stakeholders, and obtaining approvals.
• Collaborates with Legal, Product Dev & Publishing, and Consumer Support for online content updates across Nintendo.com.
• Participates in content ideation meetings and supports schedule-driven content delivery.
• Coordinates localization processes, proofing copy matrices, procuring translations, and entering translated copy into CMS.
• Performs content QA on all websites and ensures accuracy of information (game ratings, accessibility standards, captions).
• Works with team leads on CMS workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk; coordinates with stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains training documentation; trains contractors on content management tools and processes.
