• Experience with website development on Webflow, WordPress, Wix, or similar.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing website hosting and domains through GoDaddy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new software, products, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design basic graphics including business logos, marketing materials, website graphics.
• Build, update, and maintain websites using platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, Wix, and other builders.
• Build and maintain online restaurant menus within Clover POS.
• Perform general data entry and database updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support for company products and services.
• Manage GoDaddy hosting, including website hosting, domain management, DNS, and email.
• Provide basic IT support for internal employees: email setup, troubleshooting, and user accounts.
• Support merchant clients with website updates, online ordering systems, and technology.
• Assist the underwriting team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and operations to complete projects and support.
