Job description

Workplace Type: Remote - Region: San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present platform demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
2. Conduct open-source investigations to develop use cases to be showcased.
3. Produce lengthy, detailed intelligence (OSINT) reports – both independently and at the request of sales, customers, etc.
4. Monitor and report on open-source (i.e., social media) changes including but not limited to new platforms and restrictions within existing ones.
5. Work closely with customers to understand their operational and technical requirements, and advise them to our sales team.
6. Assist with onboarding customers by proactively providing support, guidance on best practices, and relevant use cases.
7. Train and educate customers on the product upon purchase.
8. Master the product offering, suggest enhancements based on end-user needs.
9. Participate in professional events such as on-site demos and exhibitions.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
2. Mandatory: Proven track record working as an OSINT Analyst for 5 years in law enforcement or intelligence organizations.
3. Proven experience in conducting open-source investigations and using other OSINT analysis tools.
4. Results-driven, self-starter, with outstanding interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and organization.
5. Proven technology skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
6. Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
